WebLOQ Read Only Users
- When you are sent a private email by a LOQMail user you will receive a notification email.
- If you have never confirmed your identity to WebLOQ then your alert email will contain:
- a password
- and an embedded link for accessing the private email via our secure, encrypted web portal.
- When you click on the embedded link,
- enter the password from your email,
- confirm your identity
- and proceed to your email.
- Once you have confirmed your identity to WebLOQ you will no longer receive a new password with your embedded pickup links in new alert emails. The links will simply direct you to a login screen where you should enter your existing password & proceed immediately to your secure, encrypted email.
- If at anytime you need to reset your password, a handy link on the left hand side of the web page will automatically reset your password and email the new one to your email address.
