Microsoft Outlook Setup Guide Setting up and configuring LOQMail Private Email for Microsoft Outlook (2003 - 2007)

LOQMail Automatic Configuration Tool:
After you download and run the LOQMail installer (Get it here) you will be given the choice to run the LOQMail Automatic Configuration tool. This tool was designed to setup popular email clients with one click. Once the Automatic Configuration tool opens up, you fill in the required fields, click Configure and you are ready to go.
Auto Config

Manual Setup:
If you prefer to setup Express Outlook manually or you wish to edit your Private Email Account preferences you can use the following steps.

  1. Start Outlook Express, and on the Tools menu, click Accounts. (If the Internet Connection Wizard starts up automatically, skip ahead to step 4)
  2. Click Add, and then click Mail to open the Internet Connection Wizard.
  3. On the Your Name page of the wizard, type your name as you want it to appear to everyone who gets e-mail from you, and then click Next.
  4. On the Internet Explorer Address page, type your full LOQMail private E-mail address Eg. loqsupport@webloq.private, and then click Next.
  5. On the E-mail Server Names page, fill in the following information and then click Next.
    • Account Type: POP3
    • Incoming Mail Server: 127.0.0.1 (Incoming Port 110)
    • Outgoing Mail Server: 127.0.0.1 (Outgoing Port 25)
  6. On the Internet Mail Logon page, make certain the following information is completed and then click Next.
    • Account Name: Your full LOQMAil private E-mail address
    • Password: John Doe (This is what the recipient will see when receiving an email from you)
  7. Click Next, and then click Finish.

To complete the setup process you can send a private email message to yourself from and to your private email account.
