Compliance Activity Report

The LOQMail Compliance Activity Reports in LOQMail Basic track the successful delivery and opening of private emails. All emails are assigned a unique tracking number that automatically links through all replies and forwards.
The on-demand reporting reveals the entire chain-of-custody throughout the life cycle of an email. The Compliance Activity Reports can be used to:
  1. Prove adherence to the data-in-motion encrypted email requirements of HIPPA, GLBA, California SB-1386 and Sarbanes-Oxley.
  2. Enforce company private email usage policies to limit legal exposure from employees’ misuse of email to inappropriately transmit sensitive, personal and private information.
  3. Prepare for the pending enforcement of Federal and State laws requiring the protection of personally-identifiable information.
The Compliance Activity Reports can be exported in common formats and used to create reports for internal company reporting, working with business partners, or demonstrating compliance to regulators.

Creating a Compliance Activity Report is Easy

  1. Right click on the LOQMail taskbar icon and select “Compliance Report”

  2. Login to your LOQMail Account when prompted

    3. Compliance Activity Report
  3. A complete Compliance Activity Report is generated. Export the file to your desired format.
