Public and Private Email Accounts
LOQMail Private Email runs along side any current email accounts that
you already use or additional accounts that you may want to add after
installing LOQMail. It gives you the ability to choose sending email
and documents privately, if you need the compliance required by some
federal, medical and legal institutions. |

Selecting Private Email Accounts
Having both a private (LOQMail) and a public (.com, .net, etc.) lets
you choose how you want to send an email. If you need to send anything
that requires compliance or contains highly sensitive content or
document attachments you simply select your private account from
the accounts drop down menu and rest assured that LOQMail has taken
care of the rest using our patented technology. |

Easy to Use Toolbar for Outlook
LOQMail makes it easy for users with a simple toolbar that can be added to Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010* and Mozilla Thunderbird 3.x. With a click of the "New Private Email" button, a new secure, compliant email window is opened for composing messages and attaching sensitive files. * the toolbar is located in "add-ins" in 2010. Taskbar Notification
The LOQMail Notification window lets you know when you have sent or
received a private email. Having this confirmation also means that
you can go back and check the forensics of this transaction using
the Compliance Activity Reporting center that is tightly integrated within
the application. |

Application Security
When accessing any information about your private email account such
as compliance reports, account profiles or account management, you
are prompted to login using your account user name and password through
the LOQMail, Java based application, making it safer than most web
based accounts. You can feel safe knowing that only you can access
your information. |

Compliance Activity Reporting
Compliance Activity Reporting gives you a way to track dates, recipients,
size, encryption type and tracking number. The compliance reporting
tool lets users search by date, tracking number or recipient's name.
It also lets users save the report in CSV (Comma Seperated Value),
Excel and XML formats. Having a receipt for every private transaction
is a big part of maintaining compliance within a large majority of
corporations and it comes standard with every version of LOQMail. |

Managing Accounts
By right clicking the LOQMail Taskbar Icon and selecting 'Manage Accounts'
a Private Email user or Administrator can sign in to gain access
to some or all of the following:
- Account Management
- Account Creation
- Change Passwords
- Manage Services
- Invitations
- Notifications
- Downloads
- Support
